  • Position Profile

    Position Summary

    This role is responsible for the administration and execution of customer sales program requirements.

    Organizational Relationship

    This position reports directly to the Senior Manager Channel Finance.


    • Large customer reporting and support including claims research
    • Administration of customer sales program documentation which includes logging tracking monitoring electronic conversion and storage of documents.
    • Responsible for monthly calculation and accrual of customer program expenses.
    • Use of models to develop variance reporting of programs.
    • Work closely with various finance and sales teams throughout North America to ensure monthly accruals are complete for customers crossing multiple business divisions.
    • Preparation of sales program payments and where applicable customer communication.
    • Perform monthly account reconciliations for sales programs
    • Preparation and communication of monthly quarterly and annual sales reports.

    • Perform other duties as may be assigned at management’s discretion.

    Characteristics & Attributes

    • Software knowledge: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) databases etc.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and function in a team-oriented fast-paced matrix environment.
    • Orientation toward process improvement
    • Strong communication skills - listening verbal written and presentation.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

    Education & Experience

    • B.S Degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of previous accounting / finance experience
    • Ability to learn multiple ERP and Accounting systems (HFM Oracle Friedman)
    • Intermediate to advance Excel skills
    • Prior manufacturing experience a plus
