  • Position Profile

    Position Summary: 

    Safely and efficiently operate various saws and routers, while properly handling materials and products, meeting production goals, maintaining quality standards, and team objectives.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Starts up machinery at the beginning of the shift.
    • Performs safety inspections at the beginning of the shift.
    • Properly loads incoming material on to machine.
    • Visually inspects parts as they exit machine.
    • Performs quality checks on completed parts.
    • Completes hour by hour board daily.
    • Completes TPM board daily and/or weekly.
    • Contacts lead person or supervisor if problems occur.
    • Cleans machine and area and the end of the shift and as needed.
    • Pushes completed parts to next process.
    • Maintains 5S in area.
    • Regular attendance is required.
    • Other duties as assigned.
